Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Tre Stelle cream cheese
  • 1 cup Tre Stelle grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Tre Stelle mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté the chopped spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Fold in the prepared spinach and chopped green onions into the creamy mixture. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This dip is best enjoyed warm.

Serve with an assortment of dippers like sliced baguette, tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, bell peppers).
