Barbecue (Rabba Rotisserie) Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (Or make your own!)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Rabba Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Place the dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon or spatula, spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the surface of the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  • Sprinklethe rotisserie chicken and sliced red onion evenly over the barbecue sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough package, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once the pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the top for a pop of coluor and flavour.
  • Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing it into wedges. Serve hot and enjoy!
