Sweet Golden Corn Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
  • 2/3 cup of white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 12 cupcake or muffin paper inserts
  1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar salt and baking powder. Stir in milk and butter until well mixed.
  2. Line a muffin tray with paper inserts and pour the batter in.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F.
  4. Serve warm!
