Sweet Golden Corn Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
- 2/3 cup of white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 12 cupcake or muffin paper inserts
- Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar salt and baking powder. Stir in milk and butter until well mixed.
- Line a muffin tray with paper inserts and pour the batter in.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F.
- Serve warm!
