Rabba Roots is our community program, dedicated to improving the lives of our neighbours through food access, health services, sustainability, and emergency support.

We partner with local community groups, schools, shelters, food banks, hospitals, and community centres such as Good Shepherd Ministries, Food Banks Mississauga, Trillium Health Partners, and the Grocery Foundation.

Our focus is on supporting local organizations within our direct communities. It is important to us that we create community partnerships with causes and organizations that are important to our customers.

In addition to our community efforts, we participate in sustainability initiatives, primarily focused on energy efficiency. One recent example is the installation of solar panels. We are committed to prioritizing the environment and social responsibility. Rabba is ‘Here For You’ and the local communities we serve.

Rooted in Toronto

We and our vendor partners believe that assisting local institutions helps build thriving communities. Rick Rabba, president of Rabba Fine Foods says, “The work that Rabba Roots does is close to my heart. It brings together everything we’ve been doing for years to help the most vulnerable in our communities. We are deeply grateful for the groups and volunteers who bring Rabba Roots to the local neighbourhoods.”
