Rabba to open new market location in Regent Park
featuring shop-in-shop pilot concept with Paramount Fine Foods

‘Rabba Kitchen – by Paramount’ set to pilot as part of new location, opening early 2021
TORONTO, December 17, 2020 – Rabba Fine Foods will open a new local market in Regent Park
in early 2021 and it will feature a pilot concept sure to please Toronto-area palates and taste
buds. The local grocer’s 35th location will feature Rabba Kitchen – By Paramount, a shop-in-
shop take-out counter that will offer freshly made meal options with a Middle Eastern-inspired
menu.
“We’ve been great fans of Paramount Fine Foods over the years,” says Jack Rabba, founder of
Rabba and a dedicated Toronto-area grocer since 1967. “This collaboration is a result of many
months of planning and, of course, many enjoyable taste tests. I can assure you the final
product passes with flying colours, and a very satisfied appetite.”
Reflecting the mutual respect shared between the two homegrown and entrepreneurial
foodservice brands, the concept will be piloted and, in time, is expected to be rolled out across
multiple locations in the Rabba network.
