Mississauga, Ont., September 12, 2022 – The sounds of blues and jazz resonated through the streets of
Port Credit on Saturday, with the return of the Rabba Street Shuffle, a larger-than-life street shuffle
event led annually by Rabba and marquee element of the Port Credit Blues and Jazz Festival, known as
the Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle.
“It was a wonderful day during which the community came together to celebrate the arts and have fun
with their families and friends,” said Rick Rabba, president of Rabba Fine Foods. “We are so happy we
were able to hold the event once again. The Rabba Street Shuffle is a highlight of the summer season for
many of us. We are so proud to partner with Oasis and NutyBite for this event.”
Jack Rabba, founder of Rabba Fine Foods, kicked off the shuffle with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, joined by former Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion.
Jack Rabba, founder of Rabba Fine Foods, left, and Stephen Dasko, Mississauga City Councillor, join Hazel McCallion, retired
