Rabba Announces $250,000 Multi-Year Donation to Trillium Health

TORONTO, March 4, 2025 – Rabba Fine Foods, the Greater Toronto Area’s 24-hour local market, is proud to announce a donation of $250,000 to Trillium Health Partners Foundation (THPF), continuing a relationship that has spanned nearly three decades. Since 1995, Rabba Fine Foods has been a steadfast supporter of THPF through its Rabba Roots Program, which provides vital funding to various hospital departments.

As part of this commitment, Rabba Fine Foods will be making annual contributions over the next 10 years, with funds primarily supporting Intensive Care, Emergency Care, and Mental Health services.

Rabba has also committed to supporting the Mayor McCallion Walk for Health in Port Credit, which will help fund the construction of the new Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital. The new hospital will be the biggest hospital in Canada. Trillium Health Partners is also establishing a new Women’s and Children’s hospital that will improve generational health in Mississauga and Toronto.

For nearly 30 years, Rabba Fine Foods has supported key Trillium Health Partners initiatives, including the Cancer Centre, Surgery Program, Emergency Departments, and ICU. During the pandemic, Rabba contributed toward ventilators and other emergency equipment, helping ICU units manage the crisis.
