Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate icing
- 1/2 cup mini eggs and other Easter chocolates
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 20 x 30 cm traybake tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, stirring briefly until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until risen and firm.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Spread the chocolate icing over the cake and decorate with mini eggs and Easter chocolates.
