Slice & grill veggies:
mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, tomato and any other desired veggie! Pour over quinoa mixture; gently toss to coat.
Prepare & top dough:
Stretch store-bought pizza dough to desired size and thickness. Brush crust with oil and spread on pizza sauce. Top with grilled veggies and cheese or cheese substitute.
Grill in your BBQ or oven until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown on top & bottom! Sprinkle with basil, serve and enjoy!
