Cheesy Veggie Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 cups of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced
  • 1 bag of Restaurant Style Tostitos
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  1. Layer chips over a pan.
  2. Layer 1 cup of cheese over the chips, followed by the tomatoes, jalapenos, and red onion, followed by the remaining cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes. For crispy nachos, broil for another 2 minutes.
  4. Top with sour cream and garnish with parsley.
  5. Serve hot!
