Cheesy Veggie Nachos
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cups of chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 bag of Restaurant Style Tostitos
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- Layer chips over a pan.
- Layer 1 cup of cheese over the chips, followed by the tomatoes, jalapenos, and red onion, followed by the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes. For crispy nachos, broil for another 2 minutes.
- Top with sour cream and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot!
