Breakfast Tacos

Eggs
Bacon
Whole wheat tortillas
Cheese (grated)
Salsa
Sour cream
Avocados
Taco Seasoning

  1. Scramble your eggs (x2 per taco) and add cheese and seasoning to them.

2. Fry up some bacon and set aside on a paper towel to drain once cooked.

3. Spread egg mixture on tortilla and toss in a strip of bacon or two.

4. Add sliced avocados and top with salsa and sour cream.

5. Fold and serve!
